Points for Power Match
Match the colored power zone targets for an immersive interval workout.
Points are earned based on how accurately the workout is completed, and an accuracy score is presented upon completion - gamifying the workout.
Anyone new to power training will quickly learn the basic principles from the Solo point system, such as how RPM and resistance effect power output.
