Why Would I Buy from Recovery for Athletes?

Recovery for Athletes was built by two professional tennis players whose focus was to help people feel better and improve overall wellbeing. All of our products are tried and tested by our professional athletes so you know you are getting a product that we truly believe in. Every product is fully covered under the manufacturer warranty and we offer 30 day returns on almost all products. We put the customer first, no question about it. Which payment methods do you accept?

How do I know I am getting the Lowest Price Guaranteed?

When you shop at Recovery for Athletes you know you are getting the lowest price guaranteed! All of the brands that we work with adhere to a very strict pricing policy, so you can rest assured that you are getting the best price possible when you shop at Recovery for Athletes.

If you (somehow) find another online store with a lower price than us, simply email us at sales@recoveryforathletes.com with a link to the same product on a competitor's website. Once we have a chance to verify the pricing, we will refund your original payment for the difference, no questions asked.

When will my order ship?

The status of your order will determine the estimated delivery time frame. Our products will either be available as Ships Out Next Business Day, In Stock & Ready to ship, Exclusive Pre-Order, and/or have an estimated ETA listed. Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page if they will not be expected to ship within normal processing times. Additionally, the order confirmation you receive via email will also display the expected shipping time frame. 

Ships Out Next Business Day: This time frame can be expected to ship from our warehouse or vendor within 24 hours of the following business day. 

In Stock & Ready to Ship: This time frame can be expected to ship from our warehouse or vendor within 2-5 business days. 

*Certain vendors may exceed this time frame with lead times up to 2 weeks.

Exclusive Pre-Orders or ETA Dates: Pre-Orders indicated that the item is currently not in stock, but an allotted amount has been secured from the Vendor with an estimated shipping time frame.

The ETA listed on the product page indicates the estimated time frame that the item will start its shipping process from our warehouse. Once the shipping process has begun, typically orders take 2-5 business days to arrive at the customer.

Do you ship Internationally?

Most of our products are able to be shipped internationally. If you do not live in the US and would like a shipping quote, please contact us and we will prepare a custom quote for you. Please note that any additional import/export taxes and/or customs taxes will be at the expense of the customer (including Canada). Recovery for Athletes is not responsible for any import/export taxes relating to international shipping and is not responsible for any customs taxes or any other form of tax for an international shipment. There are certain restrictions on some products and those can only be shipped in the USA, such as Game Ready. Please send us an email at sales@recoveryforathletes.com to check on if your product can be shipped to an international address.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico?

Most of our products are able to be shipped to HI, AK, and PR free of charge. This typically applies to our smaller items such as massagers, foam rollers, EMS machines, etc. However, there are certain restrictions on some larger products that will require an additional shipping charge post purchase. Please send us an email at sales@recoveryforathletes.com to check on your shipping rate to these states to avoid possible restocking fees.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All of our products are guaranteed to come with the manufacturer warranty. 

Does Recovery For Athletes offer install service?

Yes we do. For most of our large fitness products you will find an "In-Home Expert Assembly" option above the "Add To Cart" button on the product page.

Also, please note, if you add Assembly Services to your order, we will schedule your assembly AFTER delivery. Our delivery companies DO NOT do the install. We will schedule your assembly with our certified technicians post-delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to bring the items inside their home/room of choice prior to our technicians arriving.

In regards to Massage Chair purchases that have a "White Glove Option", these will be delivered and installed at the same time.

Do you accept returns?

What if I want a product you don't have?

We have relationships with over 100 manufacturers in the recovery and PT space, if there is a specific product that we do not advertise, there is still a good chance we can get it for you. Feel free to call us at (855)-864-6442 or email us at sales@recoveryforathletes.com

What is your Cancellation Policy?

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before order processing will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped or processed will follow our 30 Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

The following products are subject to a 10% cancellation fee regardless of order status due to the custom built nature of the product: BlueCube, Dundalk, OxyNova, and Schiller.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@recoveryforathletes.com and we will work with the manufacturer in getting it fixed. If you item(s) do arrive damaged, the damage must be reported with 48 hours.

What happens after I place an order?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email from sales@recoveryforathletes.com with your confirmation details. Please keep this email for your records. After we receive your order we will being preparing your product for shipment. To get the most accurate shipping lead times, please view the product pages for this information.
