Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Below is our standard return policy, along with a few brand-specific exceptions you should be aware of before returning an item.
Our Standard 30-Day Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the order delivery date to return the product and receive a refund.
- Returned merchandise must include all original vendor packaging, tags, and accessories, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
- Products and packaging must be returned in new and undamaged condition. Any item showing signs of wear, use, or soiling will be deemed "unacceptable" and you will be notified.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund minus the original/return shipping fees.
- We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the returned item is damaged, used, or incomplete. If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 20–40% restocking fee plus return and outbound shipping costs will apply.

Important: many of the brands we carry have their own manufacturer-required return terms that are different from our standard policy. Please check the list below before purchasing — if your brand isn't listed, our standard 30-day policy above applies.

20% Restocking Fee + Return Shipping
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will apply:

Game Ready / NICE
Used Game Ready and NICE products cannot be returned due to FDA certification requirements. New/unused items may be returned within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping. Size exchanges are allowed on new/unused wraps (customer pays shipping). Defective units follow our standard 30-day policy.
NOHrD / WaterRower
These products are handmade and built to order, so they are not eligible for return. If your item arrives damaged, you must note it and send photos immediately upon delivery. If a shipment is refused at delivery, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping applies.
Medical Breakthrough / Medical Sauna Massage Chairs
You have 7 days from delivery to decide whether to keep your chair. To return it, call us for a return authorization number. The chair must be repackaged in its original packaging (purchasable for $550 if not retained) and strapped to its original pallet for freight pickup. The customer is responsible for all freight, white-glove fees, and a 25% restocking fee, regardless of any terms offered at purchase. Items must be returned within 30 days of the RMA being issued, in resalable condition with all documentation.
Merrithew
Built to order — no returns or cancellations are allowed. Damage upon delivery must be noted and photographed immediately. A refused shipment incurs a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping.
OxyRevo
Built to order — all sales are final and no returns are accepted. We can arrange exchanges or send a technician to inspect your chamber. Cancellations incur a 10% fee.
Dominator
Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery for a partial refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer pays initial shipping costs on return, and any free-shipping promotion is forfeited.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and note any visible damage when signing for delivery. If your item arrives damaged, start your return within 48 hours via our Start a Return page. We cover the cost of any defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. Items damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under a manufacturer's warranty.
Cancellations
- Cancel before your order is processed for a full refund — just email or call us right away.
- Orders cancelled after processing follow our standard 30-day return policy and return shipping costs apply.
- Orders over $5,000, and any account with multiple order cancellations, are subject to a 5% cancellation fee regardless of order status.
- Due to product cost, the following brands carry a 10% cancellation fee regardless of order status: Dundalk, Elina, InBody, Macy-Pan, OxyNova, OxyRevo, Schiller, Summit to Sea.
- Custom-made items cannot be cancelled or returned once an order is placed.
A Few Final Notes
Our return policy is ultimately bound by each manufacturer's own terms. If a brand isn't listed above but has different requirements, that will be noted on the product page. Once we receive and inspect your return and confirm it's in its original, undamaged condition, we'll email you to confirm your refund.
