The NOHRD SlimBeam Ankle Strap is a padded strap in artificial leather with a felt lining, so a cable can be worked with the leg rather than the hand. The lined face sits against the skin or the sock, and the strap closes above the shoe and tightens automatically for a secure, non-slip fit. A snap hook clips it onto the SlimBeam cable. From a low cable it suits kickbacks, leg raises, standing hip abduction and adduction, hip flexion and standing leg curls. One size fits women and men, in black.

Set the cable low enough that the line of pull stays level with the working leg. Artificial leather takes a wipe-down between users, which is worth having in a studio where the strap goes against bare skin. It works on the NOHRD SlimBeam cable machine.
