Hyperice Normatec 3 Leg Recovery System

The Hyperice Normatec 3 Leg Recovery System pairs full-length compression boots with the Normatec 3 control unit for fresh legs faster. When somebody says "Normatec boots", this is usually the system they mean. A 3.2 lbs control unit sits on the floor and a hose runs from it to the boots. The whole thing zips on in about twenty seconds. The control unit is the part that matters: it holds the pump, the battery and the interface. It also takes hip and arm attachments later, over the same hose. The boots come in Short, Standard and Tall.

Compression runs at seven levels across 40 to 110 mmHg, through five overlapping zones per leg. Patented Pulse technology uses biomimicry, replicating the natural muscle pumps and one-way valves of the legs as it carries the pressure from the foot toward the hip. ZoneBoost can add time and pressure to whichever zone you pick. Bluetooth connects the unit to the Hyperice App for guided routines, and the system works without a phone.

Boots that run foot to hip crease

Each leg attachment holds five overlapping chambers that fill from the foot upward, and that pattern is Pulse technology. Because the pump is in the control unit, the boot itself stays light and rolls up small. Close each zipper all the way first: never try to use the system with the zipper partially or totally unzipped.
