Seven far infrared heaters will quickly get the sauna to your desired temperature, up to 140 degrees. The Grandby outdoor sauna is a perfect size for the backyard. SunRay uses the latest in FAR infrared heating technology. Our carbon nano heaters do not use wires to "conduct FAR Infrared heat; rather we apply the perfect thickness of ultra-conductive carbon to an epoxy resin panel activated by positive and negative copper strips on either side. The epoxy resin panel is then laminated which results in ultra-low EMF levels suitable for continuous use.

FAQs
Electrical Requirements: Most indoor infrared saunas require a dedicated 120V circuit. Some smaller one- and two-person infrared saunas can operate on a shared electrical outlet. Please reference the product specification sheet to determine the specific requirements for your model.
Ventilation Requirements: Indoor infrared saunas are equipped with an air vent in the ceiling. This air vent is designed help circulate heat throughout the sauna during the heat up phase. The sauna air vent also allows you to lower the sauna temperature without opening the door if the temperature inside the sauna becomes too hot. Since the heat from the infrared panels is considered dry heat, you do not have to have an external exhaust for home saunas.
Shipping: All IR saunas are shipped via truck freight with curbside and lift-gate delivery service unless otherwise specified. Infrared saunas are shipped on a wooden pallet with removable bracing to protect the sauna boxes. Please contact us if you have special requirements for delivery. The trucking company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Warranty: All saunas carry a 7-year structural warranty and 1-year parts warranty. All sauna parts including electronic parts and heater panels are guaranteed for 1-year against defects.
Electrical Connection: All indoor infrared home saunas come with a power cord and plug for plug and play operation. Please note that the power requirements differ by sauna model. Consult your infrared sauna user manual for specific power requirements.
Assembly and Installation: Indoor infrared saunas are easily assembled by two adults. The typical assembly time is 1 hour. No special tools are required for the infrared sauna to be assembled.
Returns and Cancellations: We allow returns of non-clearance items within 90 days of receipt of purchase if the steam shower is in new and resalable condition. The original and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Steam showers that are returned with damage or not in new and resalable condition will incur a 15% inspection and restock fee.
Infrared Sauna EMF: SunRay FAR infrared saunas do not use wires to conduct heat. Our state-of-the-art carbon nano heating panels use a propriety coating and conduction process that results in very low EMF levels that are safe for continuous use.
Cleaning Your Sauna: Your home sauna should be cleaned a minimum of every 3-4 months or more frequently depending on usage. To clean the interior of your sauna, use a mixture of baking soda and water (3 teaspoons baking soda to 1 gallon of warm water). Using a clean towel, wipe down the interior of the sauna focusing on where sweat accumulates. Let the area dry with the sauna door open. Use a standard ammonia-based glass cleaner to clean the sauna doors and windows.
Bluetooth Connection: All indoor infrared saunas are equipped with Bluetooth. The bluetooth signal is automatically sent to your phone when the sauna is powered on. To connect your Bluetooth go to your Bluetooth settings on your phone and connect to "BT-Sauna"
Infrared Sauna Origin: SunRay infrared sauna cabins are constructed from Hemlock or Cedar wood which is imported from Canada. Our manufacturing facility is located in China. Our distribution facility is located in the United States.
Sauna Specification Sheets: On each product page there is a specification tab you can click on underneath the price of the sauna. The specification sheet will provide you with all the details of the sauna including the power requirements.
Placing and Indoor Sauna Outdoors: Our indoor infrared saunas are not rated for outdoor use. They have an open top that is not protected from the elements. Placing an indoor sauna outdoors will void the sauna warranty.
Heating Time: The typical heating time for infrared home saunas is between 20-40 minutes depending on the ambient room temperature and the size of the sauna.
Ceiling Clearance: You need at least 3-4 inches between the top of the sauna and the ceiling. This allows the electrical components on the top of the sauna to receive the appropriate amount of air flow.
