Does this watch have a always on display and will it contiously moniter oxygen?: It does offer an Always On Display. However it may slightly change the face after some time of inactivity to preserve battery. It will also continuously monitor your oxygen levels but it is not recommended for full time continuous use as it will drain your battery.
