• What you need to know before using the Echo Go+ Bottle - Make sure to remove the plug and clean the plastic body and lid (DO NOT clean the generator). Then, fill the bottle with filtered water. The Echo Go+ is shipped with water in it to prevent the generator from drying out. You will always keep the electrode plate wet by keeping a small amount of water in the bottle. If you need to store your Echo Go Bottles, put a small amount of water in the bottle, reattach the plug to the electrode plate.
• Why is it a 10 oz Bottle? - These bottles are specially designed to give you a concentrated high dose of hydrogen without needing to have all your water intake come from the bottle (although you can!). Therapeutic hydrogen levels begin at 0.5 PPM, which is WELL below the PPM levels achieved in just 1 cycle of Echo Hydrogen Water! Drink at least 3 bottles per day and it will provide you with a sufficient amount of molecular hydrogen to potentially grant health benefits!
• Does the Echo Go+ come with a UV Filter? - Yes! The included UV-C light prevents the growth of mold and mildew. It is a safe, chemical-free method of purifying your water and keeping your bottle clean. UV-C light has been shown to kill bacteria, viruses, fungi and other pathogens. It is environmentally friendly and causes no harmful effects or changes to your water. To activate the UV-C light, press and hold the on button for 7 seconds until you hear the beep. The UV-C light is then active.

• Does the Echo Go+ require Self Cleaning? - The Echo Go+ uses advanced technology that significantly enhances its cleaning process. It has a feature where every time you activate the bottle, the polarity of the electrodes reverses. This reversal prevents calcium and other mineral build-ups by not allowing them to settle, thus negating frequent manual cleaning cycles typically required. This means that the Echo Go+ only needs a regular cleaning about once a month compared to the more frequent cleaning required by other models. For a simple descaling solution, mix 1 part white vinegar, lemon juice, or citric acid with 3 parts water and let the generator soak in it overnight. Rinse well with warm water the next day before using.
• Is there a Pressure Release sound when opening the lid? - Yes! The pressure valve is new and not broken in yet, causing a pressure release sound, or “carbonated drink” sound. This sound is expected to decrease over time/use but hydrogen levels are not being affected.

If you have the Echo Go+ we recommend at least 3 bottles a day, but drinking 6 bottles is ideal spread out throughout the day. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional to determine an appropriate dosage based on individual health needs.

• How many cycles can you run on each charge? - On average, The Echo Go+ will last approximately 5-10 cycles (5-10 minutes) on a full charge and CAN be used during the charging process.
• Does hydrogen water help with weight loss? - Research studies show that it can! Hydrogen water boosts your organ performance which will allow your weight loss efforts to go further and have more impact. In addition, it gives your energy and cardiovascular performance a serious upgrade
• Can I add flavor enhancers or supplements to hydrogen water? - Of course! You would want to add the flavor additives into a separate glass other than your Echo Go+ bottle. Keep in mind that additives might impact the molecular structure of the water, so you may have to drink more water to get the same amount of hydrogen as unflavored water.
• Is hydrogen water flammable/combustible? - No! While hydrogen is quite flammable, oxygen is not. Pure water cannot burn and is actually effective in putting out fires.
